Srinivas Gunishetty is the co-founder and Director at Stawn Consulting. Overseeing all aspects of Hiring and Capability building, Learning and Development and Consulting. Srini is responsible for Stawn’s strategy, alliances and business development, and for strengthening the company’s global IT capabilities.

Serial entrepreneurs have something in his genes. At a young age, Srini had that urge to pursue entrepreneurship career. He is mostly known for his serious-yet-not-so-serious risk-taking attitude, which has made him a fortune. Srini has about more than 20+ years of entrepreneurship experience managing multiple firms under his belt, all of which has contributed to his growth from a sales agent to investor in few of the companies. He is also an active leader in business communities and serves on the advisory boards.

Earlier in his career, Srini held senior leadership roles at Consulting and Technology firms, to name a few Datamatics India, HSBC and Tech Mahindra, where he led several global industry and technology practices.

Tulsi Dhar is the Co-founder and Director of Stawn Consulting. In her role, Tulsi sets the strategic Direction of the company, promotes Stawn’s client-first culture and focuses on ensuring sustainable growth and driving long-term shareholder value.

Tulsi is a broadly experienced technology executive with a proven track record of driving enterprise-wide transformation through focused execution, often in challenging and highly competitive market segments.

Tulsi is an internationally experienced IT executive with extensive business leadership, operations management, technology delivery and consulting skills. With Total of 20+ years of experience in Consulting firms, technology firms, and Late-stage growth start-ups managing Global teams across the business. Tulsi spent nearly a decade with Highpoints Technologies (Datamatics India) where she rose to the level of Senior Leadership role responsible for the firm's Global Delivery, operating in multiple countries.
